Welcome to Zara Airport Transfers. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Zara Airport Transfers offers chauffeur-driven transport services across all major cities and regions in Australia, including airport transfers, corporate travel, event transport, and private hire. All bookings are made based on availability and confirmation.

Advance Booking: Recommended to secure availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100%.
No Shows: If the passenger is not present at the pickup point after the waiting time (15 minutes), the ride will be considered a no-show, and full charges may apply.
Flight Delays: We monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge within reason.
All pricing will be clearly stated during booking and may vary based on vehicle type, travel time, distance, or special requests.
Payment can be made via credit card, business account, or direct invoice (for approved corporate clients).
Prices are in AUD and may be subject to additional charges for tolls, parking, wait time, or route changes.
Clients are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused by a client may result in additional charges.
Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk.
We aim to provide service 24/7 but cannot guarantee availability during peak periods without prior booking.
Service areas include but are not limited to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, and the Gold Coast.
Zara Airport Transfers will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will, however, make every reasonable effort to arrive on time and fulfill the service as scheduled.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of the current terms.
